Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Checkup website (“Site”) and, once released, the Checkup app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (19+ in AL and NE, 21+ in MS) to use Checkup. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Checkup is a skill competition platform and is not available in all U.S. states. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is legal where you are.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Skill Competitions

Checkup runs peer-to-peer skill competitions: one player against another, decided by skill. Checkup never plays against you, never seats its own accounts and never runs bots. Cash matches are not live yet. Entry fees, the 10% platform fee, prizes and eligibility will be set out in the Official Rules before cash matches open.

5. Payments

Cash matches are not live yet. When they open, money moves bank-to-bank through a processor that supports skill games.

6. Fair Play

Checkup is committed to fair competition. The following actions are prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking or using unauthorized modifications.
• Using bots or automated play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts.

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a match result is disputed, we review it against our server’s replay of the match.

8. Limitation of Liability

Checkup is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses incurred from using the platform, including but not limited to entry fees, technical issues or third-party service disruptions.

9. Privacy

Your use of Checkup is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
